APMA World Elite Business Mastercard Credit Card Rewards Terms and Conditions
Overview
For full Terms and Conditions, please review your Cardholder Agreement, which can be accessed at affiniti.com/legal. All capitalized terms used in this notice and not otherwise defined shall have the meaning as set forth in the Cardholder Agreement.
You may be able to earn rewards on your eligible purchases when you purchase goods/services within certain spend categories, or on all your purchases, as specified herein. Eligible purchases for rewards include purchases of goods and services and recurring transactions minus any disputes, chargebacks, credits, or returns. Eligible purchases do not include fees or interest charges, balance transfers, cash advances, purchases of traveler’s checks, purchases or reloading of prepaid cards, or purchases of other cash equivalents.
Rewards may also be referred to as “cash back” or “reward points”. Please keep in mind that all these rewards will only be structured in the form of reward points credited to the Account, which can be redeemed for Billing Statement credits. The conversion of reward points to Billing Statement credit redemption value, and vice versa, is that 100 reward points equates to $1 of Billing Statement credits.
Reward points expire automatically three hundred sixty five (365) days after they have been added to your Account. We have the right to revoke all reward points on your account (pending & available) if you (a) are delinquent on your minimum payment due or (b) do not make at least 1 eligible purchase on your account for sixty (60) consecutive days. If within any 3 consecutive calendar month period, you do not, on average between the 3 months, spend at least 30% of your average assigned credit limit each month, we have the right to revoke the rewards you earned on your Account for those 3 months.
Redemption
To redeem your reward points or to be qualified to earn the APMA Credit, you must have paid the full statement balance, including any outstanding fees or charges, before the Payment Due Date for the Billing Statement where your Eligible Purchases have earned reward points or the APMA Credit. To earn the additional rewards tied to the criteria of having weekly autopay set-up, the Eligible Purchases must have happened in the week where you successfully paid the entirety of the weekly autopay amount. Additionally, your Account must be active in good standing, meaning not restricted, closed, or in default. If you meet all those requirements, you will be qualified to earn the APMA Credit, and to redeem your reward points as Billing Statement credits at your discretion. These reward points, when redeemed, will be applied to your next Billing Statement. You will always need to pay your entire Minimum Payment Due as shown on your Billing Statement, regardless of your redemption of rewards.
If we, in our sole discretion, determine that you have engaged in abuse, misuse, or gaming in connection with our rewards in any way, or that you intend to do so, we may:
- Not credit rewards,
- Freeze rewards credited,
- Remove previously credited rewards from your account, or
- Close this Account and other Accounts you may have with us.
You must reach out to support@affiniti.finance to enroll into the World Elite Mastercard lounge program (terms and conditions apply). Each time you use your Card’s lounge benefits, 4,000 points will be automatically deducted from your reward points balance.
APMA Credit
If you make $30,000 of eligible purchases within the first 3 months of being approved for your Account, we will request the American Podiatric Medical Association (the “APMA”) to grant a one time credit (the “APMA Credit”) to the Account’s Authorized Signer’s APMA membership profile. One Authorized Signer per Account can earn this APMA Credit. This APMA Credit shall equate to the monetary value of the Authorized Signer’s upcoming year's APMA membership dues, with a maximum ceiling of $925. It is acknowledged that the actual amount of the APMA Credit requested may fluctuate contingent upon the APMA's designation of the Authorized Signer’s membership category.
It is expressly understood that this APMA Credit shall exclude the APMA's Component Dues. Our entity commits to submit requests for the application of APMA Credits for new qualifying Authorized Signers within 30 days subsequent to the culmination of each calendar month. It is imperative to note that while diligent efforts shall be made to collaborate with the APMA in ensuring the precision of APMA Credits, it is unequivocally the APMA's responsibility, and not ours, to uphold accuracy, oversight, application, and disclosure of the APMA Credits towards each Authorized Signer’s APMA membership profile.
This APMA Credit arrangement remains subject to the terms and conditions governing APMA membership, which shall remain binding and applicable.
Cash Back
You will earn 1% unlimited cash back rewards of all of your Eligible Purchases. In the event that you have set up weekly autopay, you will instead earn 2.1% unlimited cash back rewards on all of your Eligible Purchases. In the event that you have set up semi-monthly autopay, you will instead earn 1.75% unlimited cash back rewards on all of your Eligible Purchases.
